Community Services
Connection is at the heart of wellbeing.
Our community programs are open to participants, family members, carers and the wider Geelong and Surf Coast community. Some are free, some fee-for-service, some funded through NDIS or aged care packages — all share one aim: reducing isolation and strengthening local connection.

Social Connection Groups
- Weekly drop-in mornings with coffee and guest speakers
- Men's and women's peer connection groups
- Multicultural and intergenerational catch-ups
Wellness & Active Living
- Gentle exercise and movement classes
- Walking groups on the waterfront and Surf Coast trails
- Mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing workshops
Cultural & Recreational
- Day trips to galleries, parks and coastal destinations
- Cultural celebrations and shared-meal events
- Music, art and craft sessions
Carer Support
- Carer peer-support groups
- Respite planning and information sessions
- One-on-one carer consultations
Information, Referral & Advocacy
- Plain-language guidance on NDIS and My Aged Care
- Warm referrals to allied health, housing and financial services
- Advocacy support in meetings with funders and providers
Open to everyone
You do not need to be an existing client to join most programs. Bring a friend, a parent, or just yourself — everyone is welcome.
