Getting started is simple
1. Make Contact
Call, email, or send the enquiry form. A friendly team member will take brief details and answer any questions.
2. Free Consultation
We meet at your home, in our office, or by phone/video to understand your situation, goals and funding.
3. Personalised Plan
We co-design a support plan with you and anyone you would like involved. You approve before anything begins.
4. Meet Your Team
We introduce the support worker/s matched to your plan, with trial visits before regular services commence.
5. Services Begin
Services start at an agreed pace — often gradually — with regular check-ins to make sure everything is working.
6. Ongoing Review
Formal reviews every 3–6 months and informal ones any time you ask. Plans adjust as life changes.

We support people across a range of funding streams. Not sure where you fit? We help families work it out every week — at no cost.
FUNDING TYPE
WHO IT SUPPORTS
NDIS — Self-Managed
Participants (or nominees) managing their own plan funds — full choice of provider and rates.
NDIS — Plan-Managed
Participants using a plan manager to administer invoices — still full choice of provider.
NDIS — NDIA-Managed
Participants whose funds are managed by the NDIA — providers must be NDIS-registered.
Home Care Package (L1–4)
Older Australians assessed by My Aged Care, with funding via an approved HCP provider.
CHSP
Older Australians needing entry-level support to keep living independently at home.
DVA
Eligible veterans and their families through Veterans’ Home Care and other DVA programs.
Privately Funded
Clients paying privately — no eligibility assessment required, on their own terms.
